What happens, what we need, what you get

Every stage lists three things: our work, your part, and what lands in your hands. A typical five-page site goes live in about five weeks.

Stage 1

Discovery call

Days 1 to 3

We do

  • Ask who your best customers are and how they find you
  • Review your current site, if there is one
  • List every page you need and write a fixed quote

You do

  • Join a 30 to 45 minute call
  • Share your domain and hosting details
  • Send three sites you like and one you dislike

You get

  • A written scope with the page list and total price
  • A dated timeline
  • A short list of content we need from you
Stage 2

Content and design

Weeks 1 and 2

We do

  • Draft headlines and page outlines with you
  • Design the homepage first, then the other pages
  • Show every design at phone and desktop size

You do

  • Send your logo, photos and service list
  • Give feedback in one message per round

You get

  • A homepage design to approve
  • A small style guide: colors, type and buttons
  • Two rounds of revisions
Stage 3

Build

Weeks 2 to 4

We do

  • Code each approved page
  • Connect forms, analytics and Google Search Console
  • Compress images and test load speed

You do

  • Open the private preview link on your phone and computer
  • Approve pages or list changes

You get

  • A private preview link
  • A contact form that emails you
  • Tracking you can open yourself
Stage 4

Launch

Week 4 or 5

We do

  • Test on iPhone, Android, Chrome, Safari and Edge
  • Point your domain at the site and turn on HTTPS
  • Add redirects so old links keep working

You do

  • Pick the go-live date
  • Confirm access to your domain account

You get

  • A live site
  • A checklist of everything we tested
  • Logins held in your name
Stage 5

Support

Ongoing

We do

  • Apply updates, take backups and watch uptime
  • Run your ads and report monthly, if you chose that
  • Suggest the next page or fix worth making

You do

  • Email us change requests
  • Read the monthly summary

You get

  • Changes made within your plan hours
  • A plain-language monthly report
  • A site that stays current

Example: a five-page site

Five pages at $200 each is $1,000. Here is how those weeks usually go.

Week 1

Discovery call, page list confirmed, content collected, homepage design started.

Week 2

Homepage design approved. Other four pages designed in the same style.

Week 3

All five pages built. Forms and analytics connected. Preview link sent.

Week 4

You review on your phone. We make revisions and run speed checks.

Week 5

Final testing, domain switch and launch. We watch for problems for the first week.

What a $200 page includes

A page is one screen-length unit of your site, such as Home, About or one service.

Included in every page

  • Custom layout for that page
  • Phone, tablet and desktop versions
  • Your text and photos placed and formatted
  • Page title and description for search
  • Image compression for fast loading
  • Menu and footer links

Priced separately

  • Writing copy from scratch
  • Photography or custom graphics
  • Online payments, booking systems and stores
  • Moving content from a large old site
  • Rush delivery under four weeks

Your first 30 days of ads

If you add ad campaigns, this is the usual order of work.

Days 1 to 3

We set up or connect your ad accounts and install conversion tracking.

Days 4 to 7

You approve the ad copy and daily budget. Campaigns launch at a cautious spend.

Days 8 to 21

We watch search terms and clicks, pause weak ads and test new ones.

Days 22 to 30

First report in plain language, with a recommendation on whether to raise or lower spend.

Common questions

How is the price worked out?

New website pages are $200 each. Redesigns are $150 a page. Ads, care plans and SEO are priced as shown on the Services page, and the quote builder adds them together.

Can I add pages later?

Yes, at the same $200 per page for as long as we maintain the site, so a growing business never pays more per page.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, hosting account and content stay in your name. We work inside your accounts, so you can take everything with you at any time.

Do you work on sites that already exist?

Yes. We can redesign, repair or maintain an existing site on most common platforms. We start with a short audit so the quote reflects what is actually there.

Does the ad budget come out of your fees?

No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or the social platform from your own account. Our fee covers setup and management.

What if I need changes after launch?

Email them to us. Care plans include monthly hours for changes. Without a plan, one-off updates are billed at an hourly rate we quote first.
